Open the Bottle Night (February, 2008)

As a precursor to the Solano Wine and Food Jubilee, NorthBay Healthcare Foundation’s major fundraiser “Open the Bottle Night” brought together more than 270 invited guests to experience award-winning wine paired with a delectable five-course meal prepared by chef James Aptakin. The highlight of the evening was the amazing $30,000 a magnum bottle of the Vezér Family Vineyard’s exclusive 2005 La Salette, fetched in the live auction.
